Ep. 39 - Finding Out Your “Why” By Reverse Engineering Your Goals with Bennett Schwartz

Episode #39

Being in the educational world for over 11 years, Bennett has been helping people live their best possible lives for years. Currently, as a high-performance business coach, Bennett guides his clients to reach real results. While working on getting clarity on their vision and strategy, Bennett works on their mindset and holds them accountable as well. Bennett's practice has coached in an array of fields, and he will also be coming out with a book in the coming weeks.

In this interview, Bennett recommends people get certified if they want to work as a professional coach, but says that serving people is what really matters. One of the things that my client wanted to do was invest in real estate and he wanted to own 25 million units in this particular market. He shares how coaching is an art and not a science, and how every person reacts differently to different techniques. He advises listeners to journal, meditate, and introspect to figure out what works best for them.
