Timothy Gurule grew up in the Colorado Mountains at 10,000 feet of elevation. His childhood was filled with love, but he also experienced many nights spent sleeping in cars and storage units. This experience fuels his drive today. After graduating from high school, he joined the Army and became a member of an elite special operations unit, where he deployed four times. Timothy later attended Colorado State University and served as an intern in the Colorado House of Representatives. Tyrel Rose is a Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Ambick Nextgen Properties Corp. He is also currently a Business Director of Russ' Century Farm. He attended college at the University of Washington.

β What are the key elements you look for when investing, and what is your strategy for building wealth?
o Tim looks for deals that work and holds onto them as long as possible to build wealth. He believes that passive income and accumulating assets are key to financial freedom and success. His strategy is to evaluate deals carefully and hold onto them for at least five years, if not longer.
o Tyrel looks for real estate investments and follows a buy-and-hold strategy to build long-term wealth. They have shifted their focus to mid-sized multifamily properties.
β What do you do for your health right now? What is your focus on health?
o Tyrelβs focus for health is on daily physical activity, including workouts with his wife, running, and kettlebell exercises. He also prioritizes mental and spiritual health through daily journaling, meditation, prayer, reading the Bible, and practicing gratitude.
o Tim focuses on maintaining his health through various practices, including daily workouts, reading the Bible, practicing affirmations, reading self-improvement books, seeking coaching in mental and emotional release, eating healthy, and enjoying activities like sitting in a sauna and taking cold plunges.
β How do you know whether you're winning or not?
o For Tim, winning in life is a combination of what his family and friends think of him and what impact he has created in the world. He measures his success by evaluating whether he is loving and kind to his children and wife and whether he has created something impressive that can bless other people.
o Tyrel believes that he is winning when he feels at peace and satisfied with the situation and when his family is healthy and happy. Spending quality time with his loved ones and engaging in enjoyable activities also make him feel like a winner.
β What brings you the most joy in life right now?
o Tim finds the most joy in his life through spending quality time with his wife and three young children. He imagines himself in the future, scrolling through pictures on his phone, and realizes that the memories of spending time with his family are what he will treasure the most.
o Tyrel says that what brings him the most joy in life right now is spending time with his wife and kids. Specifically, he enjoys having date nights with his wife, where they can have essential time alone and just be with each other.
o Outside of his family, Tim and Tyrel find the most joy in motivating and inspiring others. They enjoy connecting with people, looking them in the eye, and encouraging them to believe in themselves. They both share a love for empowering others and seeing them succeed.
